Project Manager

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
  • Managing and reporting on projects
  • Project financials budget, commitments, forecasting and cash flow
  • Completing and updating the Project schedule for design, testing and implementation
  • Completing technical review of scope, including preparation of functional descriptions, review of legacy programming, Factory Acceptance testing

RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER JOBS

  • LafargeHolcim - Work closely with the Project client the plant manager to coordinate Project activities with the operating cement plant
  • Automation system OEM and Integrator - Manage third party vendors for hardware and software deliveries on schedule and budget
  • LafargeHolcim Cement Industrial Performance - Ensure new automation system meets Group design criteria and technical requirements

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Required Education:
Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree and 2 years of equivalent experience. Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering or other related engineering degree

Additional Education Preferred:
Master's/Graduate Degree

Required Work Experience:
2 years relevant work experience with industrial process control systems, in large project management. Experience with cement manufacturing plants desired.

Travel Requirements
: 25% (estimated)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
